But these rigour based challenges are sent to try us, or make us better people, or teach us new habits.... I don't know, but hell, what's going to happen if I don't meet my own impossibly high standards?  Nothing. Nothing will happen and I am NOT doing guilty this year.... Or next....

So, today has been a full on 'head open to mother universe' day with so much excitement I can't contain myself. And yet my partner in greatness isn't here :( so I'm enjoying a glass of Rioja and watching shoite tv with just the dog for company. And as she has starred already this week, let's celebrate the end of the current Rioja harvest.... Ooops soz Andrew...
